On-call SUBs
Substitutes are not scheduled to a fake minute. They wait for a free seat.
1. Main no-show
Starter never enters. Sub joins as soon as battle starts and a slot is open.
2. Burned troops
Main uses Leave Battlefield on the scoreboard. Sub enters fresh. Timing is whenever that leave happens.
3. Late honor
Optional last-minutes swap for individual points or final hold — R4 call, not a default for every sub.
